Central Refurb Process

We've created an open guide that provides you with behind-the-scenes understanding of our process.

The initial inventory is received from our suppliers or customers who have chosen to. sell their iPhones.

We compile an inventory list and assign a grade to each device based on its cosmetic condition. The grading system is:

A+ Grade – Pristine Condition

Like new condition used product with absolutely no signs of wear. Item has been fully tested in complete working order.

A Grade – Excellent Condition

Excellent condition used product with little to no signs of wear. Item has been fully tested in complete working order.

B Grade – Good Condition

Good condition used product that will show moderate signs of wear across the device. Item has been fully tested and in complete working order.

C Grade – Average Condition

An iPhone in average condition, displaying noticeable signs of extensive use, but thoroughly tested and is in complete working order.

The next is one of the most important steps in determining whether or not an iPhone is ready for reselling or if they need referring to the repairs department. Devices go into testing to ensure overall functionality is still in complete working order.

After testing, devices are allocated to the appropriate department if refurbishment is necessary. The screen may undergo repairs, the battery could be replaced, or other fixes are executed to guarantee the iPhones complete functionality. Should the screen exhibit minor scratches, it is buffed to achieve a similar new-like appearance.

Once repairs have been finished, we conduct a retest of the device to ensure its functionality is as intended. The phone is subsequently dispatched, where a thorough assessment of the device's general quality is conducted.

After all testing and checks are complete, the device is available for sale.

Upon a device being bought, we carefully package it into a box and enclose the device with a postage label prepared for collection by our delivery associates.
