Returns and Refund Policy

1. If you are not satisfied with you purchase you may return it to us for a refund within 14 days.
2. All returns must be pre authorized with us and please contact us straight away with the reason for your return.
3. All items must be return unused in their original packaging, with full box & its contents (i.e. phone, battery, charger & adaptors, hands free, pc cable, leather case/pouch, user manuals, cd software, interior packing case, box, memory card) and in a resellable condition.
4. All returns must be received to us within 14 days from the day you receive delivery of the item(s).
5. Please note that all returned goods are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any refund will be reduced by 15 % of the total cost to cover our general admin and restocking fee's.
6. All returns must be sent via royal mail special delivery with online tracking and signature obtained on delivery.
7. All customers are advised to keep safely the proof of payment for returning item(s)' deliver along with the confirmation note or slip provided by the relevant mail or courier service with tracking number on it, until we confirm the safe receipt of your return item(s).
8. Customer is required to pay the cost of returning the item and we do not accept or cannot be held responsible for lost or damage of the item whilst in transit to us.
9. We advise you to include a note with your return clearly stated the reason on it, along with the return package.
10. Soon after our returns department has received your returned item(s) the necessary actions will be initiated to process your refund and this process could take up to five to seven working days.
